|Recommended: YesIts ok — the only real issues I have is parking. I shouldnt have to park my car on the side and walk in the ran sleet or snow when assigned can be done. I some times have to part closer to the other court so i can have spot its not fair
Hello Paula, I am sorry for the parking issues-I just wish other residents would be more considerate if they own more than 2 vehicles-The assigned parking would not work her because we have no one to enforce violators. We appreciate you and hope to continue to call Harford Commons "Home":

Overall, a good place to live for the price although it does not come with added amenities. Have to drive to the laundry room. Nice location. Pet friendly and nice neighbors.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments in Edgewood — Nice area to live in with easy access to I95 and Rte 40. Good access to food stores and general shopping within a few miles. Only a half hour out of Baltimore. Pleasant area to live in - may good changes and updates within the past two years. Very pleasant and courteous management and maintenance staff.

|Recommended: YesThis is the friendliest community I've ever lived in. — I like living here because of the friendly office staff and maintenance. The grounds are kept neat and clean. I also like that I don't live on top of anybody. Maintenance is always quick to respond and the office staff always follows up to make sure the work was done in a satisfactory manner. I feel like office staff and maintenance really care about the property and the tenants. I also like the way there are always events for the kids like Halloween costume contests, a Christmas open house, and Back-to-School supply giveaways.

|Recommended: YesLove it here — Quiet, peaceful, park like setting. Maintanance response is very quick, management is knowledgeable and very friendly. I have been here 9 months now with no issues at all.

|Recommended: YesPretty nice, quiet — I would say its a nice place to live just a little expensive, rooms are small not enough closet space. I am use to more space moved here from PA. Staff is friendly. Maintenance guys also.

|Recommended: YesGarage Rental — When we had a water pain break in our garage they was very helpful. They did it as quickly as possible because of the time of year it happened.
